Welcome to Lake View Villa, the most amazing 8-bedroom villa with private swimming pool and Jacuzzi located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro, Punta Cana. The villa sits on hole #1 of the golf course, overlooking the lake and green and is just a few hundred yards walking distance from the golf clubhouse where you’ll find a common swimming pool area with kids’ pool, exotic Bali beds, bars and restaurants.
Lake View Villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and welcomes you through double front doors straight into the spacious and bright living- and dining room area, from where you have direct access to a large terrace, swimming pool area, tropical garden and rooftop lounge.
The living room is the place to lounge and entertain; it has a 50-inch flat screen television with cable TV and large, roomy sofas where you can relax and feel at home. The dining room is set up with a large square dining table with room for 12 persons – or you can choose to dine outside on the terrace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed for a real chef – which comes included in your villa rental! Lake View Villa comes with its own full-time French GOURMET chef (He has worked in Michelin Star Restaurants in Europe). The villa also has 2 maids and a butler, so you don’t have to lift a finger and can just focus on relaxing and having a good time.
2 of the bedrooms are located downstairs with direct walkout to the pool and garden area. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms – 2 smaller bedrooms with view of the garden towards the back of the villa, 1 larger bedrooms with lake view and 1 master bedrooms with a huge balcony and lake view. The last 2 bedrooms are located in a separate guesthouse – one bedroom downstairs with direct access to pool and garden and another upstairs with a balcony. All bedrooms have 2 twin beds that can combined to a king bed, ample closet space, 32-inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll also find a comfortable office space with a desk and 3 office chairs as well as a fun area with a pool table. The villa has complimentary WIFI, but because of the structure of the villa, the WIFI signal may not reach all areas of the villa.
Please note that the Lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating etc.
The beach is nearby, although not really within walking distance. You do have beach access in several different places within 5-15 minutes driving distance.
The villa is conveniently located by the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Across the street from the entrance (within easy walking distance), you will also find the Palma Real Shopping Village, which has lots of shops, restaurants & bars (incl. Hard Rock Café, Outback Steakhouse, Papa John’s, etc.), a supermarket, a cinema (movies are in English with Spanish subtitles), Jewel nightclub (owned by Akon), and more.
