When it comes to location, it doesn’t get much better than this. Palmera Penthouse is a 6-bedroom beach penthouse located directly on the magnificent Bávaro Beach in Los Corales with private beach area and fantastic Ocean Views.
The beach penthouse is the perfect spot for a getaway for a small group friends or a larger family.
You won’t believe that you’ve come home when you drive into the quaint area of Los Corales, down the narrow streets and finally reach the big gate that leads to the Flor del Mar condominium.
The beach penthouse has 2 levels. On the entrance level you will find a big living room, connected to the dining area and open kitchen. You will also find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A stairway leads to the upper level, where you will find the last 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. On the other side of the stairway you will find the large rooftop terrace, which has been constructed as a green garden. Artificial grass, plants, trees and flowers surrounds you on 2 sides, and makes you focus on the breathtaking ocean view from the terrace.
Custom built lounge furniture, outdoor dining area for 12, BBQ and breathtaking ocean views are just some of the elements of the cozy roof top terrace.
PLEASE NOTE: THE BUILDING WHERE THE PENTHOUSE IS LOCATED DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR! There are 3 flight of stairs to get to the front door and another to get to the roof top terrace.
This beach penthouse is fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own LCD/LED TV with cable.
You have free WIFI throughout the unit.
During the day, you can, of course, enjoy the beach or the community swimming pool. The pool is approx. 200m away. Please note that the pool is CLOSED ON SUNDAYS and may be closed on other occasions as well, e.g. on holidays. Food and beverages must be purchased at the restaurant by the pool – you may not bring your own for consumption.
In the evening, you have the possibility of dining “alfresco” on the rooftop terrace and enjoy a BBQ dinner or you can explore one of the many local restaurants located within a few minutes’ walk from the unit (incl. Italian, Cuban, Brazilian, International, Thai, etc.).
The rental includes daily maid/cleaning service.
