Welcome to Villa Wyss, an incredible Caribbean-Asian style villa located on a private street of Cocotal Golf & Country Club, a 27-hole golf course, in the heart of Bavaro.
As a guest of Villa Wyss, you will have free VIP access as well as free transportation to and from the Pearl Beach Club.
When you first see the villa, you won’t know what to expect, as it looks very low key from the outside. But step inside and be amazed! As soon as you enter, the living room opens up with high ceilings and lots of light flowing in through the windows looking towards the private patio.
The dark hardwood floors, the furniture and carefully selected décor create a unique space that is both stylish and comfortable. Just off the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen, there’s an intimate dining room with seating for 8 persons.
The villa includes a full-time maid, who lives in a separate small house behind the villa. The maid will make sure the villa is clean at all times and the beds are made daily. The maid can also help you cook for a small fee of US$ 30 per day, but please note that she is not a chef! You also have the option of hiring a chef at US$ 150 per day.
Villa Wyss has 4 bedrooms, each with its own décor, large flat screen television, ample closet space and private bathroom. One bedroom has a King bed and the remaining three bedrooms have Queen beds. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout the villa.
From the living room, you can step directly out to the patio, which also includes outdoor seating in Balinese style lounge furniture.
The garden is really the sanctuary of the villa. A completely unique part of this villa is that is sits on two lots, one for the house and one for the spacious park-style garden, which offers unparalleled privacy.
In the garden, you’ll find a one-of-a-kind swimming pool, which has an island terrace with outdoor furniture in the right in the middle op the pool! If this pool isn’t enough, you’ll find the larger community pool (belonging to the golf course) just a few steps away from the villa.
The garden also includes a separate terrace with outdoor dining space for up to 12 persons and a complete outdoor kitchen with a rare, wood or charcoal fired Argentinean grill with oven. This is something you won’t see in many (if any) other villas in Punta Cana.
If you find yourself indulging too much and need a good workout to burn off some calories, you will even have your own private gym at the villa! The gym is in a small annex and comes with a treadmill, weights, etc., and there’s even a TV in the gym.
